Is the facility Secure?

Northgate storage has gone above and beyond to ensure that both our customers and their storage is safe.  First, we have located the site across from the State Police Station.  Second, the facility has camera monitors throughout, including interior hallways within the buildings.  Third, alarm units are available, 

Fourth, perimeter cameras and monitoring ensure that the facility is well suited to discourage criminal activity, including 24 hour recorded survelliance.  Finally, the facility is well lighted, and has state of the art security some of which is not disclosed here. WE also have on site management!

What is the temperature kept at in the storage?

For those leasing temperature controlled storage, the facility has radiant heated floors, which keep items at an average tempature of 54 -62 degrees.  The heat comes through the insulated concrete floors.  This is critical in minimizing any risk of mold, which is common in areas like the Oregon Coast where it rains alot.

What hours is the storage available?

Gate Hours are 7AM- 9PM. Office hours are 10AM-6PM daily, excluding holidays.

Do you have moving supplies?

The facility carrys locks for purchase only.  Additionally moving supplies such as boxes, packing tape, mattress covers, will be available as of July 15th 2006.  These can be purchased at the facility.

What about a truck?

Moving trucks are available in town from various rental companies for a marginal fee..  Due to insurance restrictions we do not have a truck available at the facility.
